3. Character Stroke Order & Hanzi Writer

This website uses Hanzi Writer to provide interactive Chinese character stroke-order visualisations and related SVG rendering.

Hanzi Writer is an open-source project. Its software is released under the MIT License, while character stroke data and other associated resources may be subject to separate upstream licences.

Character stroke data may originate from the Make Me a Hanzi / Arphic character-data project or other upstream resources used by the Hanzi Writer ecosystem. Such third-party data remains subject to its applicable licence and attribution requirements.

Third-party software and data used by this website remain the property of their respective authors and contributors. Nothing on this website transfers ownership of those materials to this project.

4. Pronunciation & Audio

Where supported, this website uses the browser's Web Speech API and speech-synthesis functionality provided by the user's browser, operating system, device, or installed language voices to generate pronunciation.

The availability, pronunciation quality, voice selection, and supported languages may vary between browsers, operating systems, devices, and installed speech-synthesis voices.
